・Please note that your reservation is not confirmed yet at the time you send the form to us. Booking confirmation is made when you get a confirmation letter back from us via email. Please also note that there may be a possibility that no rooms are available on your desired condition.
Once you send your reservation form, we are replying with a copy of your reservation information.
This is an automatic reply, so please kindly contact us by email or telephone in case you do not receive it.
Within 3 business days, you will receive an email of confirmation letter that proves your reservation has been finalized. If you do not receive an e-mail within 3 business days, please call or e-mail us.
・Payment Method
If you choose company payment, our bank account (OCBC) information will be sent to you.
If you choose online payment, the link of online payment website is going to be sent to you.
Please note that in both case of company payment and online payment, your payment for whole stays needs to be done at latest 2 business days before arrival. If not, reservation may be cancelled.
Please note that the following cancellation fee will be charged dependent on the day of cancellation as below.
